Privacy policy
Last updated October 18, 2026.
Carolina Roleplay (“we”) runs Carolina Roleplay and the Carolina Roleplay game server. This policy explains what we store when an allowlisted Discord account verifies a Roblox account for in-game voice chat.
What we collect
When you choose Verify with Roblox, Roblox sends us:
- Your Roblox user id
- Your Roblox username and display name
- Your Roblox profile URL and avatar image, when Roblox provides them
- The date your Roblox account was created, when Roblox provides it
- The time you verified
If you are already logged in with Discord on this website, we also store that Discord user id next to the Roblox account. We do not receive your Roblox password or email.
Why we store it
We cache this so the Carolina Roleplay game server can tell whether a player is verified before opening voice chat. The game server reads that cache with a private key. It is not a public member list.
How long we keep it
We keep the cached profile until you ask us to delete it, or until we remove verification because the account is no longer allowed to use voice chat. Verifying again updates the same record.
Who we share it with
Roblox handles the sign-in. Our game server reads the cached id, username, display name, avatar, and verification time to run the voice-chat gate. We do not sell this information.
Your choices
You can skip verification. Voice chat in the server stays closed for accounts that are not cached. To ask for a copy or deletion of your cached profile, contact us on Discord atdiscord.gg/crpnc from the account you verified.
